If you been lucky enough to attend one of Jed Baker’s trainings, you are probably familiar with his ‘Think Like a Scientist’ approach.
Young people are encouraged to take a scientific approach to anxiety, and to rationalise the fear or stress they are experiencing. This can be applied to exam anxiety. In this example, the young person is shown how to calm themselves by thinking logically about the exam and using relaxation techniques.
