On Wednesday 19 August we released Part 1 of our ‘Online Learning’ webinar which discussed increasing task structure as a strategy to support engagement with online teaching and learning. See here if missed

Following on from this we have identified mind maps as one method for providing structure and clarity to a task.
Once explicitly taught to the learner, mind maps can be a versatile tool for a range of oral and written activities across different subject areas.
In addition, the visual nature of mind maps promotes the often-strong visual skills of children and young people with autism.
Today we are sharing a mind map template from the National Behaviour Support Service.
