Following on from the video link we shared yesterday, we once again consider the emotional impact of social distancing from our friends and family.
Sending hugs is another way to keep us all connected so we are sharing a link to some ready to use resources developed by Royal Mail.
These resources offer children and young people the opportunity to practice handwriting and fine motor skills while bringing some joy to friends and family who you cannot see due to travel restrictions and social distancing rules.
For those who are more artistically minded we have a second link to a similar idea but on a slightly larger scale!
We also encourage you to utilise the free postcard scheme with An Post to practice functional writing and remind you that blank postcards can be collected at An Post branches nationwide.
