October is Sensory Integration month and to celebrate we have a fantastic resource kindly shared by creators Lisa Dynan (parent and graphic designer) and Elisabeth Ohlbock (occupational therapist).

It was originally designed to support sensory breaks in school but will be useful at home too.  The child or young person selects two red activities which provide whole body, heavy work input and one blue activity which is calming and organising in nature.  Using a system like this can help structure time for activities which promote sensory regulation.
