This resource was used by a child to support both Interoception and life skills.
Spreading his allocated money across snack time and lunchtime ensured that he ate adequate amounts at each time. This supported interoceptive awareness, while the budgeting developed the life skill of money management.
Specific interests have been used to encourage engagement with the teaching and use of the visual supports.
