As the summer holidays are now approaching for everyone, the Centre is again posting this resource which was shared earlier in the month.
The activity planner can support the transition from school routine to summer holidays, and to show what will happen each day. It can be used to create a clear schedule, offering predictability, or can be used as a choice board, offering the child or young person options and some control over what will happen each day.
