The Bored Board is our most downloaded resource to date. Aptly named by one of the centre’s referral students, it is designed to help children and young people make choices about how they can occupy their free time.
Choice boards are always a valuable way of promoting empowerment and autonomy as they provide the opportunity to make independent choices. They are particularly useful during school holiday time when days have less structure and free time can be hard to fill. Further information
